Contract Analyzer reads a contract PDF and sets out, in plain English, who the parties are, the key dates, each side's obligations, the payment and termination terms, liabilities, and anything unusual or risky. It gives you a clear starting point before you sign or ask a lawyer.

How to use the Contract Analyzer

Drop the contract PDF on the page, or choose it from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. Press Review contract. The review appears on the page in sections with headings. Copy it into an email, or download it as a .txt or .md file to keep with the contract.

When a contract review helps

A freelancer checks the payment terms and notice period in a client's services agreement. A small café owner reads the break clause in a commercial lease before renewing. A new hire looks at the restrictive covenants in an employment contract. A buyer checks a supplier's terms for automatic renewal.

What the Contract Analyzer looks for

The review picks out parties, dates, key obligations, payment terms, termination clauses and liabilities, then lists terms that look one-sided or unusual, such as uncapped liability or a long lock-in. Use it to prepare your questions. It is not legal advice, and for anything high-value a solicitor should read the contract too.
