JPG to PDF puts one or more JPG photos into a PDF, so a set of pictures travels as a single document. It is the quick fix when a visa portal wants one file for a passport page and a bank letter, or when a tenant photographs a signed lease page by page and has to email it back.

How to use JPG to PDF

Add your JPG photos from your device, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, up to 260 MB each. With several photos added, One PDF sits at the top of the Convert to list, marked Recommended. Click it and every photo becomes a page, in the order they appear in the list. Download the file, rename it if the portal expects a particular name, or send it on WhatsApp.

When JPG to PDF saves time

Plenty of upload forms accept only PDF, and plenty of people only have a phone camera. A student handing in a handwritten assignment, a contractor sending photos of delivery notes to the office, or a parent returning a school consent form all end up with a handful of JPGs that need to become one file.

It is kinder to the person receiving it, too. They open one attachment and scroll, instead of downloading twelve images and guessing the order.

One PDF or one per photo

One PDF combines everything. PDF each gives every photo its own PDF named after the image, which is what you want for a batch of separate certificates or receipts that are filed one by one.

If you add just one photo, the recommended option is simply PDF. You can bring in more at any point with Add more files before you convert.

Tips for a tidy JPG to PDF

Take the photos in good light, straight on, with the page filling the frame. If there is desk showing round the edges, trim it with Crop Image first. Add the photos in page order, since that order carries through to the PDF.

Phone photos are big, so a PDF of several shots can go over an email limit. Press Continue with this file and pick Compress PDF to bring it down. For a photographed page you want to search or copy text from, run OCR PDF on the finished file.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine several JPGs into one PDF?
Yes, and that is what most people use it for. Add all the photos, choose One PDF, and each JPG becomes one page.
In what order do the pages appear in JPG to PDF?
In the order the photos appear in the file list, which is the order you added them. Remove one with its cross and add it again to move it to the end.
Does JPG to PDF work with PNG or HEIC too?
Yes. The same converter reads PNG, WebP, HEIC and other formats, so a mix of screenshots and iPhone photos can go into one PDF. Image to PDF and PNG to PDF open the same tool.
The PDF is too big to email. What now?
Each photo is placed on its own page at the size it came in, so camera shots add up. Send the file to Compress PDF, where you choose how much quality to trade for a smaller size.
Can I use JPG to PDF on my phone?
Yes. Tap to add files, pick photos from your gallery or camera roll, and send the finished PDF straight to WhatsApp from the result screen.
How many photos can I add?
Several at a time, each up to 260 MB. For a long document such as a 40-page booklet, it can help to convert in two or three batches and join them with Merge PDF.
What is the PDF called?
A combined file takes the name of the first photo with -combined added. Click the name on the result screen to rename it before you download.
