PowerPoint to PDF converts PPT, PPTX and ODP presentations into PDF, one slide per page. It is what you want when a client needs to open your deck on a phone without PowerPoint, a conference asks for slides as a PDF, or you want handouts that print the same on every printer.
Add your presentation from your device, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, up to 260 MB. PDF is the option in the Convert to list, with the note One slide per page. Click it and download the PDF, which keeps your presentation's name, or rename it and send it on WhatsApp.
PDFs open on almost anything, including phones and tablets without Office. They also stop fonts and layouts shifting when someone opens your deck on a machine with different fonts installed.
A PDF is harder to change by accident, which suits final versions sent to a board, a funder or a tutor. You can add several decks at once and get a separate PDF for each.
Animations and transitions do not carry into a PDF, so a slide that builds up in stages shows everything at once. Embedded videos will not play either, so add a link on the slide if the video matters.
If the PDF comes out large because of high-resolution photos, send it to Compress PDF with Continue with this file. If you want page numbers or a DRAFT watermark before sharing, HuntPDF's Add Page Numbers and Watermark tools can do that next.
