Merge PDF joins several PDFs, and images too, into a single file in the order you choose. An office manager uses it to put a month of supplier invoices into one document for the accountant, and a job applicant uses it to send a CV, cover letter and certificates as one attachment.
Add your files from your device, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, up to 260 MB each. Every file appears as a card with a thumbnail. Drag the cards into the order you want, or switch to the Pages view to move single pages between documents. When the order looks right, press Merge PDF, then download the result, rename it, or send it on WhatsApp.
Any time several files belong together: a tenancy agreement with its inventory and deposit receipt, a tender with its drawings, a quarterly report built from three departments' sections. The reader gets one file to open and nothing goes missing in a long email thread.
You can drop JPG or PNG images in with the PDFs, so a photographed signature page or a scanned ID can sit in the right place inside the merged document.
The Files view moves whole documents. The Pages view shows every page, so you can pull one out of the middle of a file and put it somewhere else. Each card has buttons to preview, rotate or remove it, and you can select several cards to move or rotate them together.
Use the insert button between two cards to add another file or a blank page at that point, handy as a separator before an appendix. Sorting by name, A to Z or Z to A, puts numbered files like invoice-01 and invoice-02 in order in one click, and Undo takes back a wrong move.
Put a cover letter or index first and appendices last. If your files use different page sizes, say an A4 report and a US Letter scan, each page keeps its own size in the merged file, which prints without trouble.
A merged file built from scans can be large. Use Continue with this file and choose Compress PDF to shrink it before emailing. If you only need a few pages from a long document, pull them out with Extract Pages first and merge just those.
