PDF and image tools that run over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Files are auto-deleted after processing and never stored or shared.

Organize PDF lets you reorder, rotate and delete pages in a PDF from one screen of thumbnails, and add pages from other files or blank pages as you go. It suits the phone scan where page 4 ended up first, or the merged report where the appendix landed before the summary.

How to use Organize PDF

Add your PDF from your device, Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, up to 260 MB. Every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag pages into place, use the rotate buttons on sideways pages, and remove the ones you do not need. Press Save PDF, then download the file, rename it, or pass it straight to another tool.

When to organise a PDF

Scanned batches are the classic case: pages fed in the wrong way round, the blank backs of single-sided sheets, a landscape spreadsheet lying on its side. A property manager scanning a stack of signed forms can fix all of that in one pass.

It is just as useful after merging. If you joined several files and the order is not quite right, open the result here rather than starting over. You can also slot another PDF or an image into the middle of the document, or add a blank page as a separator.

Handy Organize PDF shortcuts

Select several pages to move or rotate them together. Reverse flips the whole order, which fixes a stack that went through the scanner back to front. Thumbnails come in three sizes, and a preview button opens any page large. On a keyboard, Ctrl+A selects everything, Delete removes the selection, R rotates, and Ctrl+Z undoes the last change.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make several changes at once in Organize PDF?
Yes. Reorder, rotate, delete and insert pages in the same session, then press Save PDF once to get the finished file.
Does Organize PDF change what is on the pages?
No. It changes the order and orientation of the pages and which ones are included. The text and images on each page stay as they were.
Can I add pages from another file?
Yes. Use the insert button between two pages to add another PDF or an image at that spot, or to insert a blank page.
How do I fix a scan that is back to front?
Press Reverse in the toolbar. The last page becomes the first and the whole order flips in one step.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes. Undo and Redo sit in the toolbar, and Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z work from the keyboard.
What is the organised file called?
It keeps your original file name with -organized added, and you can rename it on the result screen before downloading.
