Crop PDF trims the margins off every page of a PDF, which is handy for scanner borders, wide white edges or a header you don't want on screen. Draw the area to keep on the first page and the same crop is applied throughout.
Drop your PDF on the page or choose it from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. The first page appears with a crop box. Drag the edges and corners to frame what you want to keep, or use the presets: Full page, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4 or 16:9. Press the crop button. Download the cropped PDF, rename it, send it on WhatsApp, or continue with another tool.
An accounts assistant trims the grey scanner border off a batch of receipts. A teacher crops a textbook scan so the page fills a tablet screen. A designer removes the printer's crop marks and bleed from a proof before sending it to a client for review.
Cropping sets the visible area of each page. The same margins are trimmed from every page, so it works best when the pages share one layout. Content outside the crop is hidden from view rather than erased, so if the goal is to remove information before sharing, use Redact PDF instead.
