HTML to PDF converts an HTML file saved on your computer, such as an email receipt, an exported report or a web invoice, into a PDF that keeps the page layout. The PDF is easier to file, print and attach than a loose .html file.
Drop your .html or .htm file on the page, or choose it from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. You can add several at once, and each becomes its own PDF. Press PDF in the list to convert. Download the result, rename it, send it on WhatsApp, or use 'Continue with this file' to merge several receipts into one document.
A bookkeeper turns HTML booking confirmations into PDFs for the expenses folder. A developer shares a generated HTML test report with a manager who just wants a document. A small business owner keeps HTML invoices from an online shop as PDFs for the tax year.
This tool converts HTML files you already have. If you want to save a page that's live on the internet, use Web Page to PDF and paste its address instead. Only the HTML file itself is uploaded, so pictures it links to in a folder on your computer won't come with it. If your PDF shows gaps where images should be, that is usually the reason.
