Fill PDF Forms lets you type your answers straight into a PDF form, tick the boxes, choose from drop-downs and add your signature, then download the completed form without printing anything. It works on application forms, tax forms and registration forms.
Drop the form on the page or choose it from Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. If it has fillable fields, you'll see blue boxes: click one and type. Checkboxes, radio buttons and drop-down lists work the same way. If there are no boxes, click Text and type anywhere on the page. Add a signature or initials by drawing or typing them, then save, download, rename or send the form on WhatsApp.
A parent completes a school trip consent form on a phone at the school gate. A self-employed plumber fills in a supplier's credit application. A new employee completes a starter form and signs it before the first day. A visitor fills in a visa form that the embassy only offers as a PDF.
A fillable form has fields built in, and the tool tells you when it finds them. A flat form is just lines on a page, often a scan. For those, use Text to type on the lines and the tick tool for boxes. Before sending, you can run the finished form through Flatten PDF so the answers are fixed into the page.
